Semi-Experienced Forklift Training in Nottingham
For operators who have driven a forklift informally but never been formally trained or certificated. Typically two days.
Most warehouses have at least one person who was "shown how" by a colleague years ago and has driven ever since without a certificate. In law they are untrained, and after an incident that is exactly what an inspector or an insurer will say. The semi-experienced course recognises the skill they already have, shortens the practical element accordingly, and still covers the full theory, inspection and test.
The instructor assesses everyone on the first morning. Candidates who turn out to need the full novice course are identified then, not on test day, and we will discuss the options with you straight away.
The certificate issued is the same basic operator certificate as the novice course. Nobody can tell from the paperwork which route the operator took, and neither should they: the standard reached is identical.
